After countless projects slowed by over-engineered and costly integrations, Jacob founded Plinqx with a clear mission: deliver a faster, simpler, and more scalable way to connect Salesforce with the rest of the business.

With more than seven years working across New Zealand, Australia and the Philippines — including leadership roles at CloudinIT, Deloitte Digital, and SLEEQ — Tiaan has built a reputation for delivering elegant, high-performance solutions that genuinely move the needle for customers.

A creator at heart, Tiaan has co-founded and co-owned several successful technology companies and led teams that have built multiple products across CRM, SaaS, and integration spaces. His strength lies in seeing opportunities early, rapidly building prototypes, and turning complex ideas into intuitive, high-impact solutions.

At Plinqx, Tiaan channels all of this experience into building a platform that eliminates integration friction, enhances performance, and empowers customers to innovate without the heavy technical overhead.

With a proven track record delivering multimillion-dollar ACV through partnerships with Salesforce, Deloitte, Accenture, Infosys, and the broader global SI ecosystem, Graham brings deep commercial expertise and a sharp understanding of what it takes to scale a product from early stage to enterprise adoption.

Before joining Plinqx, Graham held senior alliance and sales leadership roles at OneSpan, Smart Communications, and Conga, where he shaped GTM strategy, led regional alliance teams, and influenced product and market expansion.

At Plinqx, Graham leads the company’s Go-To-Market strategy, uniting product, partners, marketing and sales to introduce a new category of native Salesforce integration to the ecosystem.

A former Deloitte Digital Partner and co-founder of CloudinIT, he has led large-scale transformation programmes across government, enterprise, and commercial sectors in New Zealand, Australia, and the United States, helping boards and executive teams turn digital strategy into measurable outcomes.

He has significant experience building consulting practices, scaling high-performing teams, and guiding organisations through complex technology and operating-model change.

At Plinqx, Raymond advises on growth priorities, customer value, and product direction. His background in digital strategy, cloud transformation, CRM modernisation, and board-level governance supports the company to evolve in ways that are pragmatic, scalable, and aligned to real customer challenges.

With deep expertise across Salesforce, human-centred design, and business process optimisation, Deane has built a reputation for aligning digital solutions with real business outcomes, ensuring technology enables people, not the other way around.

Deane’s career spans leadership roles at Deloitte Digital, CloudinIT, Davanti, and independent consulting practices, where she consistently demonstrated an ability to simplify complexity, elevate user experience, and deliver solutions that drive long-term value.

At Plinqx, she plays a foundational role in shaping product strategy, customer experience, and organisational alignment, ensuring the platform delivers intuitive, scalable value for every customer.

Graham is a passionate young developer kicking off his professional career with Plinqx. As a Software Developer, he is eager to apply his technical skills to real-world challenges, working closely with the engineering team to support the development of the platform.

His technical background includes two years at CTU Training Solutions, where he earned various Microsoft certifications with a focus on Azure and Server infrastructure. Dedicated to continuous learning, he is currently furthering his education by studying towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering.
